アメリカのハイウェイなどは ずいぶん昔から無料化されているので
このまま日本でも もっと低価格になって欲しいものである。
本来、建設費を回収すれば無料になると思っていたのだけど
いったい建設費ってどのくらいかかっているのか・・
想像しているよりも遥かに膨大な金額なのだろう～
